Happy Four Years!
We started this whole thing in 2011 with a crazy idea over a couple beers. Way back then our ambitions were simple: one or two nights a week at a few local watering holes.
Fast forward 268 games later and we can boast 10 locations, hundreds of winners, and even more great memories. Each member of our team loves grabbing a mic to throw down a mental gauntlet for the many players who have supported us on this ride.
And now we are due for a shakeup. One meeting early on, after many other decisions were already committed to, the debate of our name began. It took all of a few minutes with one half of the team insisting on "OC PopQuiz!" exactly like that. And the other voice in the room claiming we shouldn't limit ourselves to only Orange County. It took four years for us to know he was right.
Allow us to introduce ourselves as PopQuiz Trivia from here on out. The social media handles you may or may not have been paying attention to will be @playpopquiz and you've already seen the slick new logo that goes with all of this updating. Along with these small changes look forward to more locations, more special events, and more fun.
We owe everything to our host venues, our players who come out each and every week to have a good time, and the teammates both past and present who help us deliver what we believe is the best trivia experience in the area.
